WHAT IS COLLEGE PREP?

This program is designed to help athletes from all field and court sports to develop mentally and physically for their college season. Each day will focus on specific aspects of the athletic body that will translate into optimal game time performances. With the guidance of head trainer Michael Bumpus and the help of his staff your athlete will be ready to perform at a high level. ETA will give your athletes the tools to be better mentally and physically. We train all athletes to be the best.
