Elite Training Academy is made up of caring, committed and well qualified trainers and coaches. The ETA team strives to have a constructive, positive and strong impact by creating one-of-a-kind, meaningful training experiences.

Our trainers provide direction in foundational movements, advanced sport-specific training, results-based programs, and targeted strength and conditioning workouts, to improve overall performance and athleticism. 

We strive to positively influence the communities we serve, be a valuable resource to our clients and to maintain the highest ethical standards with uncompromised integrity.

The ETA Baseball Club program addresses position-specific training, overall athletic development, mental toughness, speed, agility, strength, endurance and nutrition. We cover it all. Our ETA Baseball Club athletes will not only compete in local leagues, but also attend Nationally recognized tournaments, allowing them even further exposure and reps. 

OUR OBJECTIVE:

  1. To DEVELOP athletes to prepare them to compete and win.

  2. To DEVELOP young men to be positive members of the community.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

  • Starting November 10th, 2019:

    • 2 times per week at our ETA indoor facility

      • 90- Minute Training Sessions

        • Sessions will consist of 30- minutes of Speed & Agility followed by 60 minutes of either hitting, pitching or fielding. 

          • All sessions will be run by professional ETA Trainers. 

  • Beginning January 5th, 2020:

    • 3 times per week at our ETA indoor facility

      • 90-Minute Training Sessions 

        • We will increase our weekly training sessions by another 90-minute session beginning this week and train until the end of March.
