How do I know what the best option is for training my athlete or myself?
You can schedule a free 20 min athletic evaluation with one of our personal/sport-specific trainers to test the athlete’s skills. They will sit down with the athlete after the session to discuss options.
What sports training do you offer?
We have the ability to train every type of athlete in every sport! The type of training the athlete receives depends on the athletes goals. As far as sports specific training goes, our trainers specialize in football, basketball, track and field, volleyball and soccer.
Can I use the conference room?
Yes, you can schedule meetings for the conference room by contacting the front desk. Cost for the conference room is $50/hour.
Are there any strength training classes?
Can I schedule team trainings?
Yes! We classify any group of 10 or more athletes training together as team training. Several organizations in our community utilize this service to train their teams in our facility. How much does this cost?
It depends on the type of training that you’re looking for. We offer private training (1-2 athletes), small group training (3-4 athletes), group training (5-7 athletes), large group training (8-9 athletes), and team training (10+ athletes). Also, we offer rental access to the full turf, and conference room.
ETA members: $50 annual membership fee- receive a discount on training services. Please see services page for more details.
What is 7v7?
7v7 is a select, offseason development program that gives football players the opportunity to build their position specific skills and compete in a team atmosphere against some of the best athletes in the United States.
Elite Training Academy offers one of the PNW’s TOP developmental, 7V7 Football Programs. We’re proud to host such a comprehensive and competitive football curriculum for our athletes. Our 7V7 Football athletes will not only compete in local leagues, but also attend Nationally recognized tournaments, allowing them even further exposure. Our groups train 3 times a week at ETA and once a week on a turf football field. The 7V7 program addresses position-specific training, overall athletic development, character development, mental toughness, speed, agility, strength, endurance, nutrition, and chalk-talk.

Yes we offer Women’s Strength Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Personal Trainers offer Personalized Strength Sessions as well.
