ETA “Bigs”

The ETA “Bigs” program is designed to make you the complete offensive linemen and get you ready for the next level. We have designed a 12-session program that will not only focus on position technique, it will also incorporate film study, explosive movements, as well as speed and agility. Everything you need to be great at what you do. Sessions will be lead by Ray Roberts, Troy Jellison and Nick Hensley. 

Each participant will be filmed and have critiques and coaching points to take with them at the conclusion of the 12-session program. Our coaches will break down the specific details and highlight your gains and where you need to improve. Accurate feedback from knowledgeable instructors.



Build the foundation of your game by learning and perfecting all aspects of your position. 

  • Pass Sets:

    • Stance

    • Footwork

    • Hand placement

    • Set angles

  • Run Game:

    • Stance

    • Balance

    • Hands

    • Pad Level

    • Single Blocks/Double Teams/ Second Level Blocks

  • Schemes/Film:

    • Zone

    • Counter

    • Trap

    • Power

    • Pass Protection


Saturdays: 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19
Time: 12 – 2pm
Explosive DAY: Combined with position technique focused drills, athletes will work on explosive movements. These movements will allow them to fire off the football quickly, efficiently, and with power.

Tuesdays: 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22
Time: 4 – 5:30pm
Speed DAY: Combined with traditional technique focused drills, Tuesday’s will emphasis straight line speed as well as agility.

Thursdays: 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24
Time: 4- 5:30
Film Day: Athletes will always spend time on the turf, but on Thursdays they will spend time learning the game from an X’s and O’s point of view. Through film study their mental game will be taken to another level.
