GROUP TRAINING

        Throughout the year, we like to offer as many opportunities as possible for groups of like minded athletes to engage in a training experience where the group has a common goal in mind. These groups are pre-scheduled, and class based. Whether the group is full of college bound seniors preparing to dominate the day they step in through the door at their university, a group of baseball players trying to run the bases faster, or a group of middle schoolers learning the proper mechanics of weight lifting, we have plenty of opportunities for goals top be achieved in group settings!
