PRIVATE TRAINING

        Our trainers here at ETA have decades of playing and coaching experience at the highest levels that American sports offers. Private training offers athletes the opportunity to work one on one with one (or more) of our highly qualified trainers to establish concrete goals of development, and achieve those goals at a high level.

 

        In order to ensure our athletes are engaging in the experience that is appropriate to foster the highest level of their development, it is important we take the necessary steps to make sure they are getting exactly what they need.

STEP 1: In-Take

        Everyone has heard the age old Mark Spitz quote; "If you fail to prepare, then you prepare too fail". 

        We couldn't agree more.

 

         Before one of our athletes steps foot in the training area and becomes a member of our family, we want to know more about them. Of course, we want all the must haves like name, age, sport, etc. But we want to go deeper. Why do you want to train? What are your ambitions? Where do you see yourself in 5 years as a person? How about as an athlete? 

         Once our trainers receive the athlete's intake form, we can then start putting together an idea about what methods of training will be right for them. 

STEP 2: EVALUATION & TRAINING LAYOUT

        Once we have the basics, We want to meet you and see you move. 

        In order to create training plans that are personalized and effective, we want to take initiative in building our relationship. The evaluation gives us an opportunity to meet with new members of our family, and set the foundation for our journey together.

 

        On a practical level, the evaluation is also important for getting us all on the same page for the path forward. It is often the case that after an evaluation, our ideas about how an athlete should be training differ from their original ideas about what they think they need.

 

        Once we know where we're starting at, we can then give an accurate analysis of the athlete, and a comprehensive training proposal that will serve to help the athlete accomplish their goals. 
 

STEP 3: CHOOSE A TRAINING PACKAGE AND GET TO WORK!

        With their goals in mind, and the recommendations from their trainer in hand, clients can then decide which training package will work best for their schedule and budget. 

        Once we're all locked in, it's the athlete's job to show up and our trainers will work their magic from there!
