All athletes from all sports can benefit from our training programs. Each program is customized to meets the athletes needs.

We train athletes as young

as 4! We also work with Elite professional level athletes. Every athlete is welcome at ETA! We love helping you get results and hit your goals. We strive to have you leave here  a better competitor. 

Elite Training.

Our athletic trainers are certified and experienced in their fields (former D1 + Professional Athletes). We specialize in overall athletic training, functional 

movements, footwork, as well as football and

speed and agility.

Elite Nutrition.

Our Certified Nutrition Fitness Coach is a bonafide scientist! Brea is one of the BEST to do it in the PNW and helps our athletes by customizing meal plans and helping hold them accountable to their goals. 

Sport-specific programs at Elite Training Academy for athletic performance enhancement and sport-specific training, could include such areas as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparedness (including goal setting), sleep, recovery/regeneration techniques and strategies, nutrition, rehabilitation, pre-habilitation, and injury risk reduction, as related to the sport. 

 

Each coach will also evaluate the athlete's strengths and weaknesses in the initial session (maybe two) to more specifically customize the program for the athlete. This allows the customized program to address sport-specific skills the athlete will need to work on.
